(I guess vivid terror of suddenly not being able to breathe really ingrains itself into your psyche.) It was 1998 and I was watching the Psycho remake with my familys French exchange student. During the infamous shower scene, my throat and lungs tightened inside me like a figure eight knot. I got up and paced around the movie theater, unable to control my body and wondering if I was having a heart attack. Ive had panic attacks periodically since then, probably due to a combination of biology and circumstance . Ive made an effort to lessen the conditions that they occur in and for the most part, I live a pretty calm life. My anxiety only spikes in extreme circumstances, such as the rare times Ive gotten temporarily stuck in a subway underground ( Im claustrophobic ). After a couple of years without anxiety attacks in my everyday life, Ive started having them again.

Panic Attack: Robbers accidently kill 2 of their own – The Express Tribune

He said they tied up his family members and collected gold jewellery and Rs50,000. He said they were about to leave the house when members of his family started screaming for help. He said the robbers started shooting blindly killing two members of their gang. The rest fled. Police arrived at the scene and took the bodies into custody. Police said that the bodies had been sent to a mortuary for post-mortem examination.
